DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU A NOTICE WHEN I AM READY TO MOVE OUT?
Yes, 10 days Min.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OFFICE HOURS AND GATE HOURS.
Office hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm.  Gate hours are from 7:00am – 7pm.
DO I NEED INSURANCE FOR MY STORED GOODS?
Not necessary, but recommended as we are not responsible for loss of damaged goods
CAN I PAY MY BILLS ONLINE?

DO I GET A LOCK WHEN I RENT A UNIT?
Yes, locks are provided as a gift
DO YOU OFFER PARKING FOR THE STORAGE OF RV/BOAT/CAR/MOTORCYCLE?
Yes, but its best you contact us for availability.
DO YOU OFFER CLIMATE CONTROL?

No not at this time.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND ANY MOVING COMPANIES??

DO YOU HAVE 24 HOUR ACCESS?
Access hours are from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
DO YOU HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes, it is a month to month agreement.
HOW MANY FLOORS DO YOU HAVE?
All units are at ground level.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIALS?
Yes! Call or come to our office and we will be happy to discuss our specials for residential and business storage.
WHAT SURVEILLANCE DO YOU OFFER?
We offer state-of-the-art digital 24/7 monitoring systems and a coded access security gate.
DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE??
Insurance is available through MiniCo.  Our manager can take your information.
DO I NEED ANY IDENTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTS TO RENT A UNIT?
A Picture ID is required (driver’s license preferred).
HOW ARE MY UNITS LOCKED?
We recommend a state-of-the-art lock like the ones we offer in our inventory.
CAN DELIVERIES BE ACCEPTED ON MY BEHALF?
Yes, We offer it as a free service to our customers.
DO YOU OFFER PICKUP SERVICE?
Not at this time.
